Ginger root tea is one of the best ways to cope with a cold, nausea, stomach upset, and so much more! The medicinal benefits of ginger root are amazing, and You can buy your own tea bags, or make it yourself!

Ginger Root Tea
Ingredients:
Ginger Root (about 2 inches)
Hot Water
Honey *optional*
Directions:
Step 1: Peel the ginger and slice it thinly.
Step 2: Boil water and add the ginger.
Step 3: Let the ginger steep for at least 5-10 minutes (the longer the better)
Step 4: Remove ginger slices and pour into a mug
Step 5: Add honey *optional*

This easy recipe is great, but the possibilities are endless! You could add other ingredients for additional benefits and taste. If you have a cold, add lemon for a boost of vitamin C!
